Product & Performance
What is Mansory MS?
A trade-grade MS polymer for body & seam work—paintable after cure, long open time for clean tooling, UV/vibration resistant.
How fast does it cure?
Typical skin time ~10–25 min @ 23 °C/50% RH; ~2–3 mm/24 h. Final figures will be published on our PDS on receipt from the manufacturer.
Paintable?
Yes—after skin/cure. (test first; some paints may dry slowly)
Windscreens?
Trim/seam/body panels; compatible with laminated glass/PVB. Not a structural windscreen bonding adhesive.
What does “long open time” mean for me?
More working time → easier tooling → cleaner seams → less rework.
Colours?
Black first. Grey by request (MOQ applies).
Substrates?
Metal-to-metal ✅ · Plastic-to-metal ✅ (varies by plastic; abrade/prime) · Plastic-to-plastic ⚠️ not ideal.
Avoid bituminous substrates, natural rubber, EPDM, or oily/bleeding materials.
Temperature & storage?
Store 5–25 °C, cap after use. Shelf life ~15 months.
Open tube tomorrow?
