What is Mansory MS?
A trade-grade MS polymer for body & seam work—paintable after cure, long open time for clean tooling, UV/vibration resistant.

How fast does it cure?
Typical skin time ~10–25 min @ 23 °C/50% RH; ~2–3 mm/24 h. Final figures will be published on our PDS on receipt from the manufacturer.

Paintable?
Yes—after skin/cure. (test first; some paints may dry slowly)

Windscreens?
Trim/seam/body panels; compatible with laminated glass/PVB. Not a structural windscreen bonding adhesive.

What does “long open time” mean for me?
More working time → easier toolingcleaner seams → less rework.

Colours?
Black first. Grey by request (MOQ applies).

Substrates?
Metal-to-metal ✅ · Plastic-to-metal ✅ (varies by plastic; abrade/prime) · Plastic-to-plastic ⚠️ not ideal.
Avoid bituminous substrates, natural rubber, EPDM, or oily/bleeding materials.

Temperature & storage?
Store 5–25 °C, cap after use. Shelf life ~15 months.

Open tube tomorrow?
Purge a pea-size bead, screw-cap, store tip-up. Our No-Waste SOP and spare caps help reduce crusting.

Founder pricing—how long?
12 months (extend to 18 months by referring two shops).

Delivery?
5-7 working days to most UK postcodes. Fee will be bill in invoice

Samples?
We reserve a small number of A-tier samples monthly (regular seam & trim users, decision-maker on call, 7-day decision).

Payments?
Card, bank transfer. Trade pricing is ex VAT.

REACH/Isocyanates?
MS polymer = non-isocyanate.
