1) Who we are

Mansory Sealants (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the trading name of MANSORY SEALANTS LTD, registered in [England & Wales]. Registered office: Queensway, hatfield, Hertfordshire. Contact: Info@mansorysealants.com .

2) Scope & acceptance

These terms govern all quotations, samples, orders and sales of Mansory Sealants products (“Products”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

3) Trade-only

We primarily supply trade customers (bodyshops, garages, manufacturers, distributors). If a consumer buys, consumer statutory rights may apply, but our pricing and terms are set for professional use.

4) Product description

• Core line: MS Polymer adhesive & sealant in 290 ml cartridges.

• Always read the current Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

• You must test suitability for your substrates, paint system and process before live work.

5) Suitability & limitations

Unless the TDS states otherwise, do not use for continuous water immersion, dilation joints, or on PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene, bituminous substrates. Not a structural windscreen urethane. Paint compatibility must be proven by you.

6) Samples & pilots

Any samples (if offered) are for evaluation only and limited per site/month. We can decline or withdraw samples at our discretion.

7) Pricing & tax

Prices are in GBP, exclusive of VAT unless stated. Prices can change before acceptance. Promotions (e.g., founders pricing) are time-limited and eligibility-based.

8) Orders, MOQs & acceptance

Minimum order quantities may apply. Orders are accepted only when we confirm in writing or dispatch. We may decline any order.

9) Payment terms

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due at checkout. Credit terms (if granted): [e.g., 14/30] days EOM; late payments may accrue interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 plus recovery costs. We may suspend supply for overdue balances.

10) Delivery, risk & title

• No free delivery. Shipping and handling are chargeable and shown at checkout/quote.

• Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes on delivery; title passes after full cleared payment.

• Inspect on arrival and note any carrier damage immediately.

11) Shortages / carrier damage

Report visible damage or short delivery within 48 hours of delivery with photos (outer carton, inner tubes, labels). Claims after this window may be rejected. We may, at our discretion, assist with a carrier claim—this does not create a right to refund/replace.

12) Returns policy — all sales final

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction or process mismatch. Due to the nature of sealants, storage and handling after delivery are outside our control.

13) Storage & shelf life

Store unopened cartridges between +5 °C and +25 °C in a dry place. Use within the shelf life on the label/TDS. Do not use expired or improperly stored material.

14) Application & safety

Follow TDS/SDS for prep, application, skin time and painting. Provide ventilation/PPE and manage waste per law. You’re responsible for worker competence and safe use.

15) Warranty — none

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Products are supplied “as is” with no warranty, express or implied (including satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement). You assume all risks arising from selection and use.

16) Liability cap

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (downtime, rework, loss of profit, reputation). Our total aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the Products in that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17) Branding & claims

Use of our name/logo or comparative claims requires written consent. Do not imply OEM approval, certification or structural glazing/windscreen suitability unless we confirm in writing.

18) Force majeure

We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (supply chain disruption, strikes, transport failures, extreme weather, etc.).

We process business contact data to fulfil orders and provide service. See our Privacy Policy.

20) Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

21) Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force at order acceptance applies to that order.
